About this project

Optimis Services were contracted by the Department of Water and Sanitation (DWS) to provide an early warning system solution to help the department combat water and sanitation issues before they become out of control.

The software solution developed was device agnostic so agents can report issues or conduct and create surveys for a specific geographical area within South Africa from a tablet, phone or PC.

A unique feature of the solution is that surveys can be logged offline and uploaded to the database when the connection is re-established.
